From February 21 to 23, 2024, the company specially invited IATF16949 system training teachers with rich experience to carry

out on-site quality management system ability improvement training for our technical, management and production backbone

personnel. The training was conducted at ———— Guangming Metal Technology (Shandong) Co., LTD. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of

our company), a professional automotive turbocharger turboshell casting processing and production base.

          During the training, the training teachers and wokers interact enthusiastically, timely and fully communicate about

quality control problems in the production process, on-site analysis and establishment of methods and models to solve

production problems. The training teacher focused on how to skillfully use FMEA(Failure mode and Impact Analysis),

statistical process control (SPC), Measurement system analysis (MSA) and other five tools in production to improve production

efficiency and continuous improvement of product quality.

        Through the expert's personal guidance and training, the employees' understanding and application ability of the quality

management system has been significantly improved, and they have a clearer understanding of the quality control in the production

process.

        Our company will continue to strengthen in-depth cooperation with system training experts, actively absorb

and apply the advanced ideas and methods of experts, comprehensively and systematically improve the ability to use quality

management system in the production process, constantly promote the improvement of quality management system, ensure the

stability and reliability of product quality, and continue to provide customers with satisfactory quality products.
