Shandong Angyi Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Kenli Economic Development Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 60000 square meters. Its subsidiary Guangming Metal Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is located at No. 268 Guangxing Road, Kenli Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. The company is adjacent to a highway and is 2.5 hours away from Qingdao Port and Airport, with convenient transportation. Our company has silica sol （lost wax）investment casting, resin sand casting and green sand casting, three production processes with matched machining production line and surface treatment process. Among them, the green sand casting foundry has two Danish DISA horizontal molding lines and two vertical molding lines. Our products range from stainless steel casting, carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, heat-resistant steel casting, wear-resistant casting, brass/copper casting, aluminum casting to iron casting with deep machining process. Our products are widely used in machinery equipment, chemical equipment, auto turbo & ECS, liquid equipment, marine accessories, hardware tools, medical equipment, food machinery equipment, construction hardware, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, ODP and other fields. Currently, more than 90% of our products are exported to the EU, Japan, the US, Australia, Canada and other countries and regions. The current annual production capacity of the investment casting is 1,000 tons, the weight per piece is from 0.005 kg to 140 kg. The current annual production capacity of the resin sand casting is 10,000 tons. the weights per piece is ranging from 10 kg to 9,000 kg. The green sand casting foundry produces 5 million sets of auto turbocharger parts annually. Our production technology and equipment are leading the way in China, equipped with advanced Spectroscopic Analyzer, CMM, X-ray inspection equipment, Profile Projector, 3D Scanner, roughness tester ,UT, MT, low-temperature impact testing machines and other mechanical property testing equipment. We can produce castings of different materials according to Chinese (GB), American (ASTM, AISI), German (DIN), British (BS), Japanese (JIS), South Korean (KS), and other standards. The company has passed ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016,ISO14000 &ISO45000 and obtained various patents in the industry. We have established a complete quality assurance system.
